Hearty Breakfast Skillet
- Ingredients
- 1/2 # bulk pork sausage (Jimmy Dean?)
- 2 cups frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 10 oz can RoTel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained.
- 1/2 # VELVEETA pasteurized cheese (cut up) or shredded
- 6 eggs beaten
- Directions
- Brown sausage in large nonstick skillet on medium, drain, add potatoes & tomatoes, cook 5 min.
- Add eggs before fully cooked.
- Top with Velveeta.
