Lexington Woods is a small non-gated sub-division located near Old Town Spring approximately 30 miles from downtown Houston. We consist of approximately 800 single family homes , with a Clubhouse located at the front of the sub-division. We have 2 parks with pools and tennis courts and a basketball court, one being located at the Clubhouse on Bellchase Ave and the other being located towards the rear of the subdivision on Deer Valley. There are Shopping Centers with all ammenities located within a short driving distance from the sub-division.

The Pool is now open for the summer. The Hours of Operation for the Pool are 12 noon to 8 PM.

I have added a new page to the website for everyone either looking for summer work or people needing help for the summer. If you have a job that you do (such as lawn work, washing cars, etc) or have work that you need done(babysitting, etc). You can email them to Summer Work and I will get them posted asap for people see.

School is out for the summer again and the children will out playing and riding their bikes so please drive carefully. Please also remember that the speed limit in the sub-division is 20 mph at all times.

The next Lexington Woods Homeowner Committee meeting is July, 27th, 2010 at 7pm, at the Clubhouse on Bellchase.
