Here is to everybody having a Safe and Happy 4th of July.

Important Reminder

I have been asked to remind everyone that in this dry weather it is important to water your foundation. Although it is not suggested to water the lawns extensively because of the drought, it is important to do this to your foundation to hopefully avoid problems.

There is a 90 day burn ban in effect for Harris County.

4th of July Parade

When: Saturday, July 4th
Start: At the back pool (Deer Valley @ Avery Hill)
End (Bellchase @ Hickory Valley)
9:30 am – Assembly
10:00 am - Parade begins
Hot dogs and drinks will be provided.

Pundt Park is now open.
Hours are from 7am to 7pm

Pool Hours are Noon - 8:00 p.m.
Pool #1 1911 Bellchase - closed Mondays
Pool #2 3214 Deer Valley - closed Tuesdays
Pool tags are $2 each. Gatekeepers will handle pool tag applications.
For private parties at the pool and clubhouse, please call Mr. Robert Cowart at 281-355-9138.
Pools will be open during the week until school starts, then on weekends as the daily usage dictates or to the availability of life guards.



The next Lexington Woods Homeowner Committee meeting is July 28, at 7pm, at the Clubhouse on Bellchase.

For those of you that have asked, the newsletter will be back up and running asap.
